Project routes
Project Examples and Coating Routes
Three worked examples that show how we think through roof, cladding, wall and damp enquiries: what the survey checks, what gets repaired, and how the coating decision is made.
How to read these examples
These are worked project routes rather than named client case studies: each shows how a typical enquiry of that kind is surveyed, what tends to need repairing first, and how the coat, repair or replace decision gets made. The buildings pictured are representative. When you send us your building, this is the thinking your free survey will follow.

About these project routes
Are these real named projects?
They are worked route examples that reflect how we genuinely handle each kind of enquiry, with representative imagery. We would rather show you honest thinking than dress anonymous photographs up as named client jobs. References and specifics can be discussed at survey stage.
Which route fits my building?
Send the building type, the surface and what you can see going wrong. The free survey identifies the route properly: roof-led, cladding-led or wall-led, and sometimes a combination across the envelope.
What does the survey cost?
Nothing. The survey and the written condition report are free and carry no obligation. You get the findings in writing either way.
Get a free, no-obligation site survey
A real surveyor inspects the building, photographs the condition and quotes only what it needs. Send the details and we will come back with a clear, practical route forward.
